    To help ease tense and sore muscles, stretch before AND after your workout or sport. Also, when you get home, take an epsom salt bath, and a magnesium pill to ensure your muscles will relax!!

    • This is all great stuff! Be sure to have a balance of omegas as it helps with recovery. Protein right after workout along with carbs is good too!!
      Wishing for tense and sore muscles to be banished!! ;o)

      It would be great to hear how people have improved their health by adding nourishing unsaturated fatty acids to their diet.
