I have almost finished my journey in curing my skin from breakouts. All I have to do now is do a couple days of detoxing and continue to use shea butter on my face!! If anyone is on this same journey I have lots of advice and good info!

Well,
I have started drinking detoxing tea every day.
I have eliminated all hydrogenated fats and refined sugars. When I want to indulge I eat raw chocolate dessert!

To help ease tense and sore muscles, stretch before AND after your workout or sport. Also, when you get home, take an epsom salt bath, and a magnesium pill to ensure your muscles will relax!!

Try this for a cold… along with Anna’s idea…
Slice 1/4 onion and place in a small bowl. Put honey in bowl just enough to cover the top of the onions. Let sit overnight. Drink the honey in the morning. The honey soaks up all the juice from the onion and it actually tastes good!
